Just as I thought

I gained weight this week.  Nothing much more to say about that.  Every time I gain weight I make excuses, and I am determined not to do that anymore. I'll just have to do better next week.

Tomorrow is another day!

And by that I am not talking about all the tomorrows to come. I am talking about a specific tomorrow. Figure out why your eating is all over the map. Is it eating out of boredom? Out of laziness because you do not want to cook? Out of lack of appetite?  Figure out the reasons and work to remedy them.

For the itching, what are you eating before exercising?  It could be a food allergy  as I get something similar it I eat anything with tomatoes and then exercise.

Excuse me for shouting but YOU CAN DO THIS.  You are already exercising. If you have pain issues that are stopping you from toning  try something like Pilates, Chair Series or Yoga for inflexible people. Those are programs that work around your limitations. If you do not have those email me and I see if I still have mine.

Just hang in there Dani. It will get better. Not easier, but definitely better!

Hey girl, yeah it's seems dropping calories is a huge psychological AND physical jump for ANY plan.    I have had weeks where I have gained.  I know it's not fun, but remember one pound could be just that one pound, it doesn't HAVE to become more.

we've ALL been there - you are not alone!!

We've all been there, honey!  Just jump back on where you left off!  No race here - just a nice beautiful walk to a healthier you, taken one step at a time. Hang in there! Take care!
