Well............................
Hey Ya'll~
I'm back from vacation/wedding and am sure glad to be home! I was doing well on my plan until about day 10........then I really kicked in to vacation mode! Wedding cake, chocolate, chips and salsa....need I go on???????? But I have started back on plan and altho I am struggling a bit...am doing much better and feel more in control. Mom is really sick and I am having to prepare myself for the worst...praying all along I am wrong. Her liver is in failure and well...........doesn't fare well. I didn't think I was an emotional eating, more of a rationalizer, but I am thinkin I must at times eat for comfort....hmmm. Well gonna scat.TTFN!

Hey!
Bummer..let myself give in to temptation last night...Am I allowed to blame "TOM" I really wanted some comfort food....pizza...ice cream... chocolate later in the day! I was really good until around 5pm then it struck! OH MY! My sweet hubby even tried to talk me out of it! Oh well...he lost.. I did give in, but was glad to see I at least made smarter choices on my excursion. I was only able to eat half of my plate (sub sandw) and decided to have a lowfat TCBY (small) treat. This is a big deal for me...ICE CREAM is my favorite food! I was lucky because the scale did not show a gain...NOR did it show a loss...My fault tho~ I have done much better today. Well, I need to scat and have my afternoon snack on my plan. TTFN!

UGH!!!!!
Sometimes that scale is my greatest enemy! I know....I should not weigh so often! It showed I had gained almost 3 lbs! YUK! I have been really good and have not fudged the program...I am expecting my cycle to come at any moment as I have many physical signs telling me so...I just wish it would kick into gear! I feel pretty yukky! Ok....I have had my whining moment..now back to victory mode! I can just expect to have a decrease soon to show up on that scale! I will continue to drink my water, do my workout, and stay POP! I know that works! I really need to get started packing and getting the house in order for when we leave for Texas. We will have an Airman house-sitting and I hope he takes good care of our pups and my garden. We have never left them for such a long time! It would have cost $400 to take them with us....we just did not have the exrea cash....oh well...the plane trip probably would have scared them to death! Well...off again to start some chores around the house! TTFN!

Goodmorning!!!
Had a great week overall! Still have not made my first 10 lb goal, but WILL this week! I want to be under 180lbs this week! It will happen! My stats are great this month...I have lost a total of 4.75 inches overall, with losing a whopper of 1.5 inces in my hips! Yeah! I had started my exercises late in the month, so I expect to lose more inches this coming month. I do worry that while we are on vacation, that we will let this all go! I cannot! I am too close to let this slide! Well, gotta go...hubby needs snack! TTFN!

Today is the day!
Hello!
Just wanted to say hi! I have been on the 6wbmo and am losing weight pretty consistantly. As long as I follow the plan, there is no way it will not work! I feel great! I am also excited that my hubby is doing it with me. Being MALE...hehehe, he is losing much faster...dirty rat! But that's ok...I want him to as healthy as he can be also. I have basically been POP (perfect on plan) this week. I have found tho that when I add just a little over my portion size< i find I have the tendancy to have more cravings....Really wanted CHOCOLATE last. It is very close to my cycle and I really do struggle at this time. But I did not give in! Yeah! My back tho has been hurting me the last couple of days and I have not been able to do my exercise routine. Hopefully by Monday, I will be able to get back into it. I did do it 3 times this week tho. Sundays are a harder day for us, because we are gone all day...We have decided to make this our day to eat out , but to make sure we do it wisely. We try to split a meal, and make smart choices. It seems to be working out for and are still dropping the weight. We really enjoy this time out together too, which makes for a really nice day. Well, I need to go....get our lunch ready..YUM!
