4th Day!
Today is my 4th day and it's exciting to know that I have lost 10 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How exciting!
Today I ate breakfast at home, then lunch at work, and dinner at home. I had the usual but added carrots and one orange. It was so good!
Ok going to bed now nite nite!

3rd Day!
Ok people I'm down to 257 on my third day!!!!
This morning again I skipped breakfast!
This afternoon I had lunch at 3pm. My tuna with crackers.
For dinner I had the same than lunch but at 9:45pm so late!
I'm going to start eating carrots and working out a little.
I hope by tomorrow I loose more weight! I have a long way to go.

2nd Day!
Ok,
I don't have much time to write cause I need to sleep but here is what happened.
Skipped breakfast had no time.
At lunch time, around 3pm I had one egg with one toast, wich was my breakfast. But then also had my lunch at the same time wich was my tuna and 5 saltine crackers with water.
Came home from work at 9pm then had tuna again with my five crackers.
So now off to bed I go again.

1st Day!
Ok, today is the end of the first day of my diet!
This morning I was going to eat one egg with one toast but didnt have time, since I was running out of the house to rush to work, so I took it to go... Thinking that I was going to be able to eat breakfast at work, I was so wrong!
I left my house at 5:42am and while I was at work, I didnt stop to take a lunch till 6:30pm... I had Tuna with half a teaspoon of mayo and a little mastard with one toast!
I then got home at 9pm and had more Tuna with 5 Saltine crackers... all my meals I had with water... oh I also brought my egg that I didnt eat home.. lol
Overall I feel good, I know I consumed a very small amount of calories today, but I believe for the first 5 days consuming less than 600 calories per day is very important... i guess as a jump start...
I hope my second day is better for me..
Oh I also purchased a scale and I weight 264 lbs!!! OMG!
But I will be loosing weight... :-) also I do walk home, from the bus stop but its not that far... but atleast im getting my work out.. Oh then im starting to work out with my WII also... im excited...
Ok giong go bed now.. nite nite..

My update battleling FAT!
Hello people...
As you can see, im still trying to loose weight... I have been doing good but its hard to eat healthy... I dont like vegetables, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, nothing.. I dont even like any kind of sea food.. all I like is like cheetos and hamburgers... so when it comes to eating healthy its hard... At this time im stiking with Lean Cuisine meals... They are great! I like the fact that I can just take some to work and thats my lunch... In the morning I dont eat anything I just get ready and go to work... everyday at around 2PM I eat 1 Lean Cuisine meal with a bottled water. I then dont eat anything until I get home at around 8PM or 9PM... Most of the time I am not hungry when I get home so I work from home or just go to sleep... so I only eat one meal a day so thats like less than 500 Calories per day... can you believe that!? lol sometimes I do eat pineapple slices or oranges after work but not that much...
At this time I weight 220lbs and it sucks because when I started with extrapounds I weight 240lbs then I went all the way to 280lbs and then im down again so far I only lost 20lbs... sucks huh...
So thats my update so far... My co workers have been trying to have me go workout but its hard... I really dont want to go but I have to get over it and go... We will see what happens... I want to be able to go work out and make it a habbit to be able to go everyday and keep loosing weight...

THIRD DAY OF MY DIET!
OMG! I started my diet on Monday and today Wednesday i weight my self and I have lost a total of 10 lbs.... I am really suprised and happy... Im not sure if I should stay consuming 600 calories or just bump it up to 1000 calories... but i guess we will find out soon... lol anyways, I no longer have headaches and im doing better... my body got adjusted to the medication and eating habits im sure... I have not gotten my V12 shot but will tomorrow...I cant wait... Well, chat with you all soon... ta taa!

On a Diet again... for the last time...
Ok here I go again! another diet!!!! i have gained 40 lbs in 2 years!!!! I was just going up and up and up... this is not right and its time that i take control of my life and my health... Im tired of being fat and I will not let food control my life... Thanks to my sister I have started a new Diet! On Sunday I weight myself and I weight 280lbs... I started the diet on Monday and by the end of the day i weight 278lbs... I got so excited because on Monday I only consumed 585 calories. Then Tuesday I consumed 565 calories and wight 276lbs... Going this rate im actually loosing 2lbs per day... Im so happy and im actually following this diet! I already told my self not to let my self go and get as fat as I am right now... I cant wait to be skinny again and I know I can do it... I have changed my lifestyle so much im like a new person and im very happy...

SECOND DAY OF MY DIET!
OK THIS MORNING I WAS REALLY HAPPY BECAUSE WHEN I WOKE UP I WAS NOT HUNGRY... AT ALL! I WENT TO THE KITCHEN WITH MY NORMAL ROUTINE TO GRAB SOMETHING TO EAT, BUT I WAS NOT HUNGRY... SO I DECIDED TO BOIL WATER TO EAT SOME OATMEAL... SO I DID... THIS WAS AROND 1PM... THEN AFTER COMING IN TO WORK AT 3PM LUNCH CAME AROUND.. I HAD AND STILL HAVE A VERY BIG HEAD ACHE DONT KNOW WHY.. BUT 7:30PM CAME AROUND AND MY BOYFRIEND AND I WENT TO SUBWAY, I ATE A 6" TUNA SANDWICH WITH SUN CHIPS AND RASBERRY TEA... AND THATS ALL IM PLANNING TO EAT.. ITS NOW 10:27PM AND I GET OFF OF WORK AT 11:30PM.. WHEN I GET HOME IM GOING TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER.. AND I GUESS THATS IT... LATERS
