One step forward, two pounds back.
I'm working on making healthy lifestyle changes. I've been trying to eat consciously at home and away. I walk during my lunch break and do simple stretches in the break room whenever I need 5 minutes away from my desk. We take family walks in the evenings and I run and play with DS at home and at the park.
But I've still gained 2 pounds since weighing myself 3 weeks ago.
I know eating out is the culprit, and I am incredibly relieved that our kitchen is finally usable again. Things will be better. I am back in control.

Measurements
Have you looked at your measurements? Let me tell you, I have been getting totally bummed and not understanding this whole WL WG thing till I started taking my measurements. The weight is gaining but the measurements are getting smaller. Glad your kitchen is usable again though.

ahhh, eating out gets me too
it's horrible isn't it? I swear, I could eat out every night if i could afford it.
glad to hear the kitchen is usable again.
