I love my group fitness class!
I attended the first of my team fitness classes this morning and absolutely loved it! It's a group of really nice ladies and they were all friendly to us newcomers. We did core exercises and then worked with a partner of the machines. We alternated doing upper and lower body exercises and went to the eight different machines twice. For example I did lat extensions while my partner did squats and then we switched before moving on to the next 'station'. I can't wait for Friday's class!
I even went back to the gym with my little man after school and did an hour and a half of treadmill and elliptical. I have been stretching out all night since my legs are tighter than heck,
I am so positive about this group fitness program and cannot wait to see the results!
