Tuesday
Today I've been battling a headache and the weather is horrid out. I always feel lazy when I have days like these. So I haven't done my workout today but hoping to do some of it later after DH leaves for work.
- 2 liters of water
- 5 veggies
Well I didn't get around to working out. I did our taxes instead. YAY money! Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow.

Monday
I didn't make it over here Monday so here is what I accomplished.
- yoga stretches
- 50 pushups
- 40 second plank
- 100 outer leg lifts
- 150 inner leg lifts
- 175 crunches
- 50 butt lifts
- 70 squats
- weighted arm exercises
- 2 liters water
- 5 servings of fruits & veggies

Sunday
As you can tell I did nothing Firday or Saturday. I'm always busy on Fridays and Saturday was my youngest daughter's 2nd birthday party.....her birthday is tomorrow. That's ok though, I aim for 4-5 days a week.
Here's what I did for today.

- 150 inner leg lifts
- 170 crunches
- 50 butt lifts
- 70 squats
- 100 weighted arm exercises each arm

Friday
Today has been a normal busy Friday. I had many errands to do today but luckily got them all finished early. Then DH wanted to go to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. I love pizza but I really wish we hadn't gone today. I wasn't really feeling good to begin with but now that I've eaten the pizza I feel downright sick to my stomach. Isn't it funny how our bodies change so much that something we use to eat a lot now makes us sick. Boy my body knows what I shouldn't be eating and it's going to pay me back for it the rest of the day. UGH!
I did manage to force myself through my workout even with the sick stomach. I was hoping it would make me feel better. It didn't help physically but it did help mentally. Here's what I accomplished today.
- yoga stretches
- weighted arm exercises
- 60 squats
- 40 second plank
- 100 outer leg lifts
- 150 inner leg lifts
- 150 stomach crunches
- 30 pushups
- 25 glute kickbacks
- 2 liters of water
- I've only gotten 4 servings of fruits & veggies so far today
I added the glute kickbacks today so that I would have another exercise in my bag of tricks. I will be adding butt lift (bridge) tomorrow. Hopefully my stomach will be feeling better by morning. Of course AF is due this weekend so that may ruin any hopes of feeling better.

Thursday
I've been sore for a few days so I decided to take today off. AF is expected soon so I think that's why I've felt BLAH today. I did manage to in my:
- 2 liters of water
- 6 servings of fruits & veggies
Tomorrow will probably he a bust also since it's my errands day. I never manage to get any exercise done on Fridays.
DH did give me some good news this morning. He is getting moved to 1st shift at work. Which means I'll have the house to my self alllll day long without having to worry about my toddler waking him up. Which also means I'll have full access to my treadmill any time of the time. YAY!
