Friday

It's Friday morning.  All of the snow has melted away and the big girls are back to school.  I woke up with vomiting this morning.  I don't know what's up with that.  Becuase of it I'm feeling pretty rough this morning.  What a way to begin your day.  My poor stomach.  I'm suppose to already be out getting my weekly errands done but I just don't feel like leaving the house right now.  Maybe later in the day I can get everything done.  Grocery shopping can wait until later since we aren't completely out of everything like we are some weeks.

While I'm thinking about it, does anyone have any suggestions on a Valentine's Day gift for my hubby?  He's so hard to shop for! 

Thursday

  • 50 pushups
  • 40 second plank
  • 100 outer leg lifts
  • 160 inner leg lifts
  • 200 crunches
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 2 liters water
  • 6 servings of veggies

We had a snow day today.  The big girls were home from school and everyone had a great time with what little bit of snow we got.  Heck, we live in north GA so snow doesn't occur all the time for us.  LOL. 

Wednesday

  • 100 squats
  • 100 outer leg lifts
  • 150 inner leg lifts
  • 200 crunches
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 40 second plank

Tuesday

  • 100 squats
  • 50 pushups
  • 150 inner leg lifts
  • 100 crunches

Monday

I'm feeling a good bit better today.  Enough to get my workout done anyway.

Thursday

Well as you can tell I haven't been on since Monday.  I've been fighting off the flu this week.  You can't eat healthy when it makes you gag to think of eating, LOL.  Today I am feeling a good bit better so I will *try* to get some of my workout in today.  I doubt it will be all of my workout though.  I should be all better and back on track for next week though.  :-)

Ok here's what I've done today.  It's not everything I usually do but it's most.

  • 30 side crunches
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 200 crunches
  • 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg

Sunday

As you can tell Friday & Saturday were my off days this week.  We went out yesterday to celebrate my birthday.  Then we had to take DD#1 to have an eye exam because I've noticed that she squints at the tv.  Sure enough she needs glasses.  I was the same age when I needed glasses.  So we have glasses ordered and they should be here by Saturday. 

Here's what I've accomplished today:

  • 55 pushups
  • 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg
  • 150 inner leg lifts ea. leg
  • 30 side crunches each side
  • 200 crunches
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 25 glute kickbacks ea. leg
  • 150 weighted arm exercises ea. arm
  • 20 second plank (I just couldn't hold longer today)
  • 5 servings of veggies
  • 2 liters of water

Boy I'm tired.  Today it's rainy and cold and I just didn't want to do anything but I've already had my two days off so I pushed on and did my workout.

Thursday

  • yoga stretches
  • 50 pushups
  • 75 squats
  • 40 second plank
  • 100 outer leg lifts
  • 150 inner leg lifts
  • 200 crunches
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 1 liter of water so far
  • 4 servings of veggies so far

Wednesday

Today is my 30th birthday!  I can't believe I'm 30.  It's insane.  So for my birthday I upped some of my workout today. 

  • yoga stretches
  • 50 pushups
  • 75 squats
  • 40 second plank
  • 25 glute kickbacks on each leg
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 100 outer leg lifts each leg
  • 150 inner leg lifts each leg
  • 200 crunches!!!
  • 20 side crunches on each side
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 servings of veggies so far.

Boy my body is shaking and twitching all over right now.  LOL  YAY for twitching muscles.  LOL!
