Monday
It's an all new week. YAY! Last week was pretty much a bust for me. AF was here and I was feeling very BLAH last week. But AF has left and I'm feeling better. We got our tax refund and now our July vacation is paid for in full (YAY), I got a bill paid off (YAY again) and we bought a brand new bed (double YAY!). So I'm feeling very well this week.
- yoga stretches
- 50 pushups
- 100 squats
- 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg
- 150 inner leg lifts ea. leg
- 50 side crunches ea. side
- 50 glute kick backs ea. leg
- 50 butt lifts
- 200 crunches
- 60 second plank
- 9 servings of water
- 5 servings of veggies
Now I have the peacefully tired feeling going on. LOL. Off to finish the laundry now.

Wednesday
Today it's very cold and windy outside. I even saw it snowing earlier. A big difference from yesterday and Monday. I did manage to workout today though.

Tuesday
Yesterday was such a beautiful day here. Blue skies, warm temps and birds chirping. I felt fantastic. This winter mess is starting to depress me badly. I need spring to arrive and quickly. Well today is suppose to be warm again but that is messed up by the clouds and rain.
How is a sunshine loving person suppose to endure constant BLAH weather? Not to mention that tomorrow we are suppose to be back down into the teens for temps again. How do you go from 60 degree weather to 16 degree weather overnight? No wonder everyone is constantly sick around here.

As you all can tell, I haven't been around the last few days. DH & I are going to be buying a new mattress next weekend and we have done nothing but shop around for the last few days. Today we left the house at 10am and didn't get back hom until 5:30pm. It was a long day. But I think we found our perfect mattress. It will be our very first GOOD mattress in all these years that we've been married. I can't wait!!

Thursday
A big thank you to everyone who is leaving comments. As for what program I'm using, it's Weight Watchers. I don't go to the meetings or have a membership to the online version. I just do it myself and that's the way I like it. I'm not a "meetings" kind of person. As you can tell I also workout as often as I can. I do need to implement my treadmill a littl emore but I really do hate using it right now. I'm hoping for Spring to hurry up and arrive so that I can get outside more often.

I kind of slacked off today. Well with my workout that is. I worked my behind off cleaning my house today though. I did accomplish a few things late in the evening.

Tuesday
Brrrr! This morning was cold here in north GA. I just can't seem to get warm. I did accomplish my workout though. That warmed me up for a little while. The only drawback that I've seen for losing a lot of weight is how cold I get lately. I was always hot natured but not this winter. My hands are the worst of all. They stay cold. I told DH that I would be in BIG trouble come next winter when I'm even thinner than now. LOL!

It has been a busy weekend. I'm glad it's over. I'm feeling much better so I'll be jumping right back into my routine today.

I always feel so good after I workout. It's true what they say about endorphines and all that jazz. I'm tired but a happy, peaceful tired. Once my toddler goes down for her nap I will try to hop on the treadmill for 30mins. For some reason I just despise my treadmill.

Saturday
Well being sick yesterday did have an advantage. It finally brought me down the 1 more lb to reach 100lbs lost AND another lb. Now let's hope those 2lbs stay off now that I'm feeling better.
