Today is turning out to be another great day.  It's bright and sunny outside with gorgeous blue skies.  I've already jumped on my treadmill this morning and am about to do my workout.  What a nice day.

Monday

It's the start of another new week.  Isn't it nice that we always have the chance to start over with each new week?  If you don't like the way things went last week then you can always just start over and change that for the new week.  Mondays aren't always a bad thing.

  • 45 mins on treadmill
  • 60 pushups
  • 100 squats
  • 80 second plank
  • 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg
  • 150 inner leg lifts ea. leg

  • 6 servings of fruits & veggies

Friday

Today is my normal errand day.  That's why I never seem to get any exercise done on Fridays.  That's ok though because last night I realized that after a few weeks of no weight change I have actually gone down a size in jeans!  I noticed that I could take my jeans on and off without unbuttoning them!  So today while I was in town I tried on a smaller size and sure enough they fit!!  YAY!

I have gone down 5 pants sizes,  4 bra band sizes, 2 bra cup sizes and 5 shirt sizes in the last year.  Not bad at all!!

Thursday

Well the weatherman was right, it's stormy here this morning.  Oh well, it's ok I guess since we've had some really superb days lately.  I did manage to jump on my treadmill this morning. So a big yay for me.  I'll get the rest of my workout done at naptime.

  • 30 mins on treadmill
  • 50 pushups
  • 100 squats
  • 8 servings of water

Well that didn't work out.  My toddler decided that she would pick today to refuse a nap.  So no workout for me today.

Wednesday

Today was another gorgeous day here.  Unfortunately the rain is suppose to move in tonight.  YUCK!  But it's ok I guess.

  • 50 pushups
  • yoga stretches
  • 100 squats
  • 50 glute kickbacks ea. leg
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 50 side crunches
  • 200 stomach crunches
  • 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg
  • 160 inner leg lifts ea. leg
  • 80 second plank
  • 7 servings of water

I couldn't bring myself to jump on that treadmill today.  Oh well that's ok for today I suppose.

Tuesday

It's another beautiful day here in north GA.  Blue skies, sunshine, a light breeze and temps in the 60's.  There's nothing better than that!  Well except that tomorrow is suppose to get to 72 degrees.  LOL.

I jumped on my treadmill again this morning.  YAY me! Then I did 50 pushups.  But when naptime rolled around I decided not to waste my day by staying inside and exercising.  Instead I spent an hour outside raking, cleaning up and hauling heavy cinder blocks around my house to create the perfect spot for a compost pile.  I'm counting that as weight training, LOL.  Those things are HEAVY!

I love spring.  I can't wait to spend my days outside.  I use to hate being outside with the bugs and heat but not anymore.  I want to be outside busy and growing lots of fruits and veggies this year.  I can't wait until it's time to plant my garden!!

  • 30 mins on treadmill
  • 50 pushups
  • 1 hr outside
  • 2 servings veggies
  • 5 servings of water

Monday

It looks like Spring is slowly sneaking up on north GA.  YAY!  We have had such warm temps (60's) the last week or so.  I love it! I get more active and happy when Spring starts to arrive.  I even saw some blooming flowers over the weekend!!  Yesterday the hubby helped me fix my treadmill.  The belt had been slipping very badly so I got fed up with it.  I told hubby that I needed it if I was going to get down to 199 by our vacation in July.  I just can't keep a consistant weight loss going without my treadmill, as much as I hate it.  So this morning I happily (not!) jumped on and got my 30mins of cardio in.  I even threw in some jogging while I was on there.  I hate jogging.  Once my youngest goes down for her nap I can get my regular workout done.  YAY me!

  • 30 mins on the treadmill
  • yoga stretches
  • 50 pushups
  • 100 squats
  • 80 second plank
  • 50 glute kickbacks each leg
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg
  • 160 inner leg lifts ea. leg
  • 50 side crunches ea. side
  • 100 stomach crunches
  • 180 weighted arm exercises
  • 5 servings of veggies
  • 8 servings of water

Thursday

  • 50 pushups
  • 50 second plank
  • 50 side crunches ea. side
  • 105 outer lef lifts ea. leg
  • 150 inner leg lifts each leg
  • 100 squats
  • 3 servings of veggies
  • 4 servings of water

Wednesday

Boy having the big girls home from school this week has just thrown my schedule all out of whack.

  • 50 pushups
  • 100 squats
  • 100 crunches
  • 20 butt lifts (the phone rang)
  • 5 veggies
  • 7 servings of water

Tuesday

It was much warmer in my house this morning.  Which in turn got me moving much sooner than on colder mornings.  I got my workout out of the way at 9am.  YAY!

  • yoga stretches
  • 50 pushups
  • 100 squats
  • 20 standing butt lifts
  • 50 side crunches ea. side
  • 100 outer leg lifts ea. side
  • 150 inner leg lifts ea. leg
  • 100 crunches
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 5 servings of veggies
  • 5 servings of water so far

I decided to alternate my stomach crunches with 200 one day and 100 the next.  We'll see if that helps my body to not become comfortable with the 200.  I'd prefer not to go up to more than 200 crunches.
