I'm having an off day today.  I woke feeling all light-headed with occassional dizziness.  Usually it's because my sugar is low, so I drank a Coke and it didn't help.  Very odd.

  • 130 weight arm exercises ea. arm w/5lb weights
  • 30 butt leg lifts

I am definitely feeling the stress of my work.  Well, not so much stress as just being SUPER busy trying to whip this novel into shape for publishing.  I am t-h-i-s close to being finished and it stresses me out and makes me push even harder.

Tuesday

I was right, this is going to be one hectic week.  Life is running in fast-forward and there's no pause button in sight.  Yesterday, I was greatly shocked when, at the end of the day, I counted up all of my water intake.  I ended up with ELEVEN (11) servings of water in my system!!  Shocking!  I'm certainly not up to 11 today, but I will certainly hit my 8 servings mark in a little while  LOL!

Well I broke past my planned 8 servings of water again.  LOL!  One more water bottle and I'll be at 11 servings again.

Monday Aug 20, 2007

It looks like it will be another busy week around here.  I've been working all morning and, thankfully, my toddler has been occupying herself during my work.

Now I'm back to work.  I have so much to get done this week that I'm sure my brain will freeze and my fingers will ache from typing. 

Friday Aug 17th

I'm feeling a good bit better today.  I don't know why I felt so badly yesterday, but I'm glad it has pretty much passed.  Today is my busiest day of the week.  I do all of my weekly errands on Fridays.

  • 30 mins on the treadmill

Thursday August 16th

I'm feeling rough today.  Why is it that I can feel worse after going to be early the night before, but I'll feel fine all day if I went to be late the night before?  I don't understand it one little bit.  Anyway, I went to bed early last night and feel awful today--headache, backache and just BLAH.  So I'm not working out today.  I'm feeling too lazy.

NEW GOAL: 205lb by Christmas!!

Bad timing.

Last week was bad timing for me to try to jump back into my workout routine.  I was on a deadline to finish my book and my time just got away from me.  Staying up until 2am every night does not coincide with having enough energy to workout the next day. 

Sooooo, now that my book is completed (first draft anyway) and the big girls started back to school today, I am ready to jump back in--and excited about it too.  We have had a great summer break, but now it's time to get back to business.  I've lost 103lbs and have 70lbs left to lose.  There is no reason that I can't get those 70lbs off if I set my mind to do so.  :)

Wednesday

Today is Wednesday and I'm sore.  I haven't been sore in ages, but I guess taking the summer off has certainly taken its toll on my muscles.  I'm sore everywhere and it's a fantastic feeling!  That means I'm doing it right.

I won't be doing any working out today.  It's my off day, especially since everything aches, LOL.
