Tuesday-Day 2 of 2007
Today I took my oldest daughter to her favorite store.....Claire's. After Christmas and her birthday she had a total of $35 in gift cards to Claire's. Boy was she excited to use them. It took her over 30 mins and going through the whole store about 6 times before she finally used up all of her money. LOL She's so funny. Here's what I've done so far today........
- yoga stretches
- 60 squats
- 40 second plank
- 100 outer leg lifts
- 150 inner leg lifts
- 100 crunches
- weighted arm exercises
- 24 pushups
- 2 liters of water
- 6 servings of fruits & veggies
I'm aiming for 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day to go along with my 2 liters of water.

Monday, it's a new year!
Wow it's a new year! Can anyone believe it's 2007 already? Last night I was a little lush, LOL. I enjoyed my New Year's Eve this year for sure. I worked really hard in 2006 so I celebrated that this past weekend. Now it's on to 2007. I'm PLANNING to reach my goal weight when the end of 2007 arrives. So everyone keep your fingers crossed for me. :-) So onward and upward for 2007. Here's what I've done today.......
- yoga stretches
- 60 squats
- 45 mins on the treadmill
- 40 second plank
- 100 outer leg lifts each leg
- 150 inner leg lifts each leg
- 150 crunches
- 20 push-ups (against the wall)
- 2 liters of water
Does anyone know of a good exercise for calves? Something that I can easily do here at home?

Saturday
Today is my oldest daughter's 10th birthday. I can't believe that she is already in double digits. Soooo that means I'll have nothing to report for yesterday or today. Too busy dealing with birthday sleepover and party these two days. Then tomorrow is New Year's Eve. Sooooo I probably won't have much to report until Monday.

Thursday
So far today I've done the following:
- 30 mins on the treadmill
- yoga stretches
- 40 second plank
- 60 squats
- 100 leg lifts per leg
- 150 inner leg lifts per leg
- 140 crunches
- 1 liter of water so far

Wednesday
Today has been an uneventful day. I'm currently trying out my new bread machine and boy it smells yummy! Good thing I've saved some pts for a nice slice of warm bread. YUM! The girls are still out of school so I have 3 rowdy girls running around the house while DH is trying to sleep.....he works nights. Anyway here is what I've accomplished for my body today......
- 60 squats
- 40 second plank
- yoga stretches
- 100 leg lifts each leg
- 150 inner leg lifts each leg
- 140 crunches
- some weighted exercises for my arms
- 2 liters of water
I still have a lot of my WW pts left for today. I have a scrambled egg & cheese sandwich for breakfast and 2 veggie burgers for lunch. So I have 17 pts left for dinner. LOL! I don't think I'll be eating that many pts for dinner though.

The Day After Christmas
Well it's back to my good ole routine. Today DH wanted to go to town to use our gift cards so we spent half of the day in town with a LOT of crazy people pushing and shoving for wrapping paper that was 50% off. Then we finally made it home....me with a new bread maker (YAY) and DH with a new PS2 game.
Here's what I've done for today.
- yoga stretches
- 40 second plank
- 100 leg lifts each leg
- 150 inner leg lifts each leg
- 130 crunches
- 60 squats
I'm working onm y water for today so I should hit 2 liters later on.

Sunday
Today is Christmas Eve! YAY! Last night I had a great party to go to so my day revolved around getting ready for that party. I did manage to get in 60 squats, 30 mins on the treadmill and 1 liter of water but that's no where near what I've been doing. Today I don't see getting in all that much either. I have to head to the in-laws' house in about an hour and a half and I still have clothes drying in the dryer for the baby and I need to get everyone else, including myself, dressed and ready to go.
Then when we get back it will be naptime for the baby and the big girls and I need to make Santa cookies and then I need to get some cooking done for my big Christmas lunch tomorrow. I love the holidays!

Friday
As we all know, the site was down yesterday. So I didn't get to update my workout yesterday. Here's what I did yesterday:
- yoga stretches
- 60 squats
- 160 crunches
- 100 leg lifts each leg
- 150 inner leg lifts each leg
- weighted arm exercises
- 2 liters of water
I forgot all about my plank yesterday so I didn't get that one in.
Today is Friday and therefore I am just now getting home from a super busy day. Everything for Christmas is DONE! I had all of my gifts bought weeks ago but then I decided to buy something else for my girls so I had to do that today. Plus DH bought me a new set of dishes for my gift. I had already picked them out so he got them today. I love Christmas time!!!
Oh and not only is it the greatest time of year BUT my weight loss plateau has crumbled! I have lost 3lbs in the last 2 days now. YAY ME!!! I hope it continues through this weekend. LOL.

Wednesday
Ok it's Wednesday. Today is my older girls' last day of school until the 4th. I love Christmas time!! I can't wait for the weekend. I'm about to start my workout so I'll be back shortly to update with today's activities.

Tuesday
Today has been like any other Tuesday. Nothing spectacular, LOL. Here is my list of things for today.

- 100 leg lifts on each leg
- 150 inner leg lifts on each leg
- 120 crunches
- arm exercises with weights
- 2 liters of water
I've only had toast and jelly to eat today so I still have a ton of points left for lunch and dinner. I think I'll have a nice big salad for lunch and something simple for dinner.
