I've tweaked my right shoulder somehow and by last night I was in so much pain that I couldn't even lift my arm.&nbsp; I ended up with it under a heating pad all evening.</p> <p>I knew that it was bothering me last week, but that went away over the weekend, so I assumed I'd just strained a muscle.&nbsp; Well, after the pushups I did yesterday and Sunday, it was obvious that my shoulder wasn't enjoying it.</p> <p>So, today I jumped on the treadmill instead of doing the big workout I did yesterday.&nbsp; Which is fine in the end because I need to take turns between the treadmill and the workout.&nbsp; Exercise is exercise&nbsp;is exercise!!</p> <p>At the moment I have the heating pad behind my shoulder and I'm about to take some Tylenol for the pain.&nbsp;
