Still Tuesday
So, with only doing the gardening this morning, my day didn't "feel" right. So I went ahead and did my workout... 2 hours late.
- 40 squats
- 30 pushups
- 30 back leg lifts ea. leg
- 60 side crunches ea. side
- 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg
- 125 inner leg lifts ea. leg
- 150 arm exercises w/ 5lb weights
- 100 stomach crunches
- 50 lower abdominal bicycle exercises.
Now I'm hot, but I feel more energized than I did before. Maybe I can actually get some work done now instead of sitting here feeling tired.
