I jumped right into exercise this morning so that I'd get finished before I get to work on my writing.
- Yoga stretches
- 50 side crunches ea. side
- 30 kick backs ea. leg
- 100 outer leg lifts ea. leg
- 130 inner leg lifts ea. leg
- 100 stomach crunches
- 50 lower abdomin bicycle pedals
- 26 pushups (1 more than yesterday!)
- 100 arm exercises with 5lb weights, ea. arm
- 60 squats
Whew! Now I need to get to work on my book. I'll be back tomorrow morning.
