3 miles daily

Yesterday, I jogged 3.25 miles and was on the eliptical for 2.25 miles. My goal is to jog 3 miles everyday and see how fast my weight comes off. Yeah, so excited.

cardio cardio!

I heard Jillian say that too, and it makes sense.  It reminded me that I need to be sure to have cardio in my regular routine.  I'm working toward yoga every morning and cardio every evening.

Good for you! I wish I could go that far jogging! I'm not sure I could even go that far walking! ;)
