Day 1
Well today is the day I decided it's time for me to get back on track and stop slipping into my old habbits. I started the day out instead of having a quick unhealthy breakfast, i chose a bagel, and as a snack i brought to school a delicious apple! Since I have not made it to the store yet to stock up on healthier food choices, I decided to stop by subway on my way home, and got a nice honey oat 6" chicken breast with tons of veggies and one little line of sweet onion sauce, keeping my caloires lower then usualy lately!
I do have to remember since I am now calorie counting again, I get hungry a lot sooner, so I need to start bringing some low cal snacks to school. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could bring that doesn't have to be kept cool? I have some rice cakes already because I love them, and it's like 13 cakes for 60 cals so you can't go wrong there!
I am playing softball 2 times this week due to a make up game tonight, which will help me get back into the swing of things in the exercise department. Thankfully it is still so warm out in October :) I know I need to take advantage of not working, and only going to school because as soon as school is over I am back in the work mode, and starting a diet would be difficult, so I need to get into the habbit now!
Well off to do some homework, and then play some good old fashion co-ed softball!

How to get motivated again?
I joined this group back in August of last year, I have lost almost 30 pounds, but now have just given up and i can not put my finger on why? I have not gained any of it back , but I am not losing it any more either, I am not working out or eating healthy any more and I just need to get out of this funk i am in! I still have about 25 more pounds to go! I guess it all boils down to being stressed over school, I am officially in my program, and even though I am not working at the mean time all the homework is still stressing me out. By the time I get home from school and do my homework I am way too tired to even think about working out. Does anyone have any tips for me to get back on my A- game?

newbie...
Hello everyone,
I am starting my "diet" tomorrow, i am a little nervous about it, because I love food, and I have never really had to watch what i was eating. But as I am getting older and have stopped playing sports my metabolism has definitely slowed down. My friend joined this site recently, and she really enjoys it so I decided to give it a shot! So if anyone has any good pointer they would like to share that would be awesome! So far I have picked out and made my lunches for the whole week so I know that will help a lot. I am going out of town for the weekend, so I am worried a little about that, since I will not be able to log my foods or figure out how many calories are in them, but I will write everything down to make sure it gets into my log as soon as I get home.
