Trying to do it
I've got a million things to do today and was going to skip the treadmill and "hope" that I would get to it this evening but my day is really packed full. I have decided, due to some comments from schmoopy and HeatherNY, that I will go ahead and get on the treadmill before I get swept away by the day. Thanks guys!!!

The official Day 1
OK, I'm about to get on my treadmill for 30 minutes. I thought I'd check in first. It's going to be moving into my bedroom so that it will be there to make me feel guilty anytime I haven't used it but should, LOL. And, I am going to scrap a layout of me at my current weight, with 225 written VERY large on it, and post it on my refrigerator as a reminder whenever I go to grab something to eat. I'm hoping that it will help me to choose the "right" foods.

Time to Start
OK, I am determined that I am going to get my weight under control. Stacey started one of these and I thought it might be a good option for me as well. So, let's get started! :D
