Life has a way coming full circle
I just realized that I had blogs from 2008. I did not realize it had been that long. I remember getting serious in April of 2010 and that is when I lost most of my weight but I dont remember trying to lose weight in 2008. I also realized I am not that same person from then. I read those blogs and it felt as if that person hoped to lose weight but didn't have the confidence. Today I feel as if I am in power and know what to do to lose weight. I also realized that I have fitness goals not just weight loss goals. Which is crazy b/c it is something that I needed to realize today. I have been stuck at the same number for 5 days now and was getting discouraged. But I don't ahve to spend all my time worrying about a number b/c I also have to keep in mind my fitness goals and keep working for them.
My fitness goals are to run a 10k in February and a Half- Marathon in Nov 2012.
