Not where I want to be
So I did not make it to 249 for today. Although I completely understand why. I ate foods that I should not have and didn't get enough exercise. It's amazing watching how your body reacts to everything. I did make it to 250.6 and that was completely amazing. My best friend said the weight should just "melt" off of me as long as I follow my calories and exercise routine. I am so excited to see how much I can lose before my cousins wedding in October. Plus I went through some clothes that were in the shed this weekend and I can't wait to wear some of them again! I have been watching my calories for today.....Maybe tomorrow I'll see 249!
