I decided to start the couch to 5k training program. With the program I chose you do a run/walk combination 3 times a week. I am so thankful it's only 3 days a week b/c after my first workout last night I am second guessing this whole training thing, LOL I am so sore! But tonight I shall go to Jazzercise and my torment will resume on tomorrow for Day 2! I did really well with my calories yesterday and stayed within my target range. I did get on the scale today and I am down a couple pounds. I am really excited. This really motivates me to reach my goals! I keep thinking.....I CAN DO THIS! I want to be under 250 by the end of the month. If I can commit to losing 8 to 10 lbs a month I will be very happy!! I cant wait.
