Excited!
I have done fairly well with only a few bad meal choices. I ran into my doctor/bff at the grocery store on Friday and she motivated me to purchase healthier food choices. Today I started writing down everything I eat and will start a 5k training program. I cant wait. I am really excited b/c I look forward to being able to run. It's a 9 week program which will have me ready for a Thanksgiving 5k. I can't wait. The only thing that I am afraid of is the heat. They are forcasting a week of high temps again! But I will be exercising in the late evening so hopefully it won't be that bad.
