Small Changes
These past couple days have been pretty good. I am making an effort to eat less and be mindful of what I am eating. I have started going back to Jazzercise. I need to add a walk/run workout in the mix but haven't gotten around to it. I got on the scale this morning hoping to see some kind of change but I knew it was too early. Maybe by next week I will see the results I am hoping for. My goal for this month is to be below 250 by the last day of the month. I know this is an obtainable goal. I would really like to lose about 30lbs before Christmas. I would love to send out a holiday card of the family but I always look so horrible. I always feel like an embarassment. But anyways.....good choices will make today a good day.
