Here's what I ate today:
Breakfast (8am) - sugar-free vanilla pudding. It's the most disgusting pudding I've ever eaten, but it's only 60 calories and I just have 2 more 3.5oz containers left. It tastes a bit like the glue on envelopes.
Snack (10am) - green grapes.
Lunch (1pm) - I really wanted a burger and fries, or something other than the yogurt I was going to eat. I debated over this for about an hour (while I worked) and then finally got fed up with whatever I was working on and went to go buy something. I went to the one place closest to my office (looked at the "asian-style" noodles/rice, the Mexican food and the burgers/fries), walked over to the coffee place which has sandwiches and salads ($4.95 for a chinese chicken salad?!), paused at Panda Express and Rubio's, and another "asian-style" noodle place, finally settling on Taco Bell. I know, not healthy, but hey, it was relatively cheap and at 500 calories for a zesty chicken bowl, not too bad in terms of calories.
For dinner, I had 2 drumsticks from Church's Fried Chicken (I know, not healthy) and some fried rice and green beans. For dessert, I had 1/2 a fudge brownie and 1/2 a cream cheese brownie, with milk, and a fortune cookie which tells me that I have a good heart. Or health. I forgot already.
But at the very least, I will be going to sleep early today so I won't be binging and snacking. And that, in and of itself, is victory enough. (Weighed myself this evening - 118 lbs).
