had the flu..
And I lost about 5 pounds. It was awful but hell the weightloss is great, that's if it stays off! I finally figured out what I need as for calories and as for exercise so I can loose about 2 pounds a week!
So here I go!

That's great, but don't be discouraged if you work your butt off and do not lose. Other factors count into weight loss success. Factors beyond our control, so following a specific diet and excercise plan, and having perfect weeks will work, there will just be some days where for whatever reason, you dont' lose.
