No sugar?
This is impossible everything has sugar! Someone help me!

Yeah, sugar and high-fructose corn syrup are in a lot of things - just about every processed food. But they're not in veggies or lean meats or eggs. Fruit and whole grains have some carbs but give you energy for cardio - and they fill you up more and longer than a Pop Tart would.
Try googling low carb diet or check out the South Beach diet for specific food lists. But basically, if it comes in a box don't eat it (or eat limited amounts of it).
