Tuesday is a good day
I set my mind to it and did it... After I got the kids off to school, I ate oatmeal and did 3 miles on my treadmil... I also planned my meals and snacks for today and wrote everything down. I have wanted to lose weight for a long time and have tried but couldnt stick with it, using lifes stress as an excuss. I feel like something clicked... whatever it is, I am excited to see what I look like come Summer....
