Planning for this week
Well, Its Monday and I wanted to start my new life change by planning my meals ahead of time. So I made homemade chicken enchalada with black beans... I cant believe how hard it is to count the calories and measure things Vs. throwing it all together.
I also started sparkpeople.... Great site and they also have challenges to give me that little push I need. I am going to do my exercise in a few mins but I think Im going to start doing it in the morning to not only put it behind me but by the afternoon I dont have the ummf....
I look at my self in the mirrior and I get so discouraged cause I have sooo much to lose.... I think Im removing all the mirrors so I dont get depressed and turn to chocolate...
