Here I am
Well, I havent been here in a whole year.... I didnt lose any weight, I gained 9 pounds and I am not where I wanted to be as of today. With all of life stress's and me feeling sorry for myself I am exactly where I was last year plus 9 pounds more.
I have to say that I have learned that life goes on... fat or skinny, that I will have stress... fat or skinny and that I can be happy..... fat or skinny and I WANT TO BE SKINNY...
So, Here I am once again... but this time I have a new attitude... and this time I am going to use extrapounds website for what it was meant to be used for....support. I cant do this alone and I look forward to doing this journey with all my extrapound friends....
