Oops....wow that was tough
Began my walking routine today, and I couldn't even make it to 1 mile. Whew out of shape really bad. I'm going to try again tonight, and start up tomorrow morning. A long time ago I was walking 5 miles a day, 3 in the AM and 2 in the PM. I want to get back to that, but for now I have to get my endurance back up and running...This is really bad, and honestly really really depressing but I shall not let this mountain stand in my way. I will climb it and be sucessful!!!
