10 week Challenge with a push from my Mama Gee!
So today i am started a 10 week challenge. I did perfect on plan. I was around 1200 calories. Drank all my water, did 30 minutes on my recumbent bike. Gosh that kicked my butt. I need to build up some endurance! Excited to do this!! I can't wait to be under 250!!

A year isn't long
One year ago, last week, I was at 271. This past weekend I spent the day on a boat in my swimsuit and didn't feel self conscious about it for a moment. In fact, I even wore it into a bar at lake's edge in front of dozens of people.
Only a year.
