My weight on my page is all wrong. It said I weigh more now then what I started. I dunno what is wrong with it. It won't let me fix it either.

Just checking in to say hi
Another day over. Stayed on plan with everything. I even rode my bike 30 minutes straight this time, did not have to take one break. So thats good. I am going to try and add something else to my exercise this weekend. Its supposed to be HOT HOT HOT here this weekend! Oh boy!

Well I faced the camera
I took a full length before pic and posted it. I hate it!!! But it can only get better right? Everything was good today. My sister and her kids came over today and surprised me that was nice. I went grochery shopping and got a bunch of healthy food. I can do this!

Amazing feeling
Gosh.. It feels so good to be healthy..Makes me wonder why I always go back to my old ways!!! Not this time!!!
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Subway
Dinner: Chicken noodle soup.
Drinking my water as we speak. I already rode my bike. I feeeeeel goooood.

Day #2 Behind me. Thank God!
So glad today is over. Its seriously a constant battle. But I did it! 2 in a row is always hard for me but once I do its usually all uphill! I am good on my calories, water, and I did 30 minutes on my recumbent bike. Sometime this week I plan on adding some floor exercises.

10 week Challenge with a push from my Mama Gee!
So today i am started a 10 week challenge. I did perfect on plan. I was around 1200 calories. Drank all my water, did 30 minutes on my recumbent bike. Gosh that kicked my butt. I need to build up some endurance! Excited to do this!! I can't wait to be under 250!!

Faced reality on the scale
I am up to 282. So I cleared my weight logger and am starting fresh. I am eating some oatmeal and toast right now, which is good because I NEVER eat breakfast and I know I need to get into the habbit. I have my water bottle packed for work, so I can try and get lots of water in. If im not in any pain when I get home I will attempt to ride my exercise bike. Lord knows I haven't done that in forever. I have to do this for myself.

What am I doing?
Getting fatter and fatter is what I'm doing. I haven't done anything right lately. Been eating fast food way too much, and not giving a damn. I'm not sure where I am right now, but probably 290's.. EEEEK never been there before, and I don't like it. I'm just guessing, I'll weigh in tomorrow and face the true numbers. I wish my DR would figure out my female problem. It makes me want to do nothing but lay on the couch. HEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP
