The weight is no longer just falling off. Very discouraging, but I see about 1 pound disappear every few days even tho I'm watching my portions and exercising. I'm worried about all my exercising. A few weeks ago I put my arm out between playing softball and then that evening I went boxing with a friend. Finally yesterday, I went into the chiropractor and he said it was really inflamed and to stay away from sports. But I didn't. That night (last night) I played tennis for about 2 hours. It was very competitive. The weird thing is that my arm feels really good this morning after his adjustment. I love to play sports, and now how do I put that on a rest for 3-4 weeks to let my arm heal? I just wanted to say that my brother (VERY overweight) has found a diet that works for him and has lost 5 lbs. He is determined to keep going and I am there to push and encourage him every step of the way. If he doesn't lose the weight he is at risk for diabetes and other major health conditions, so let's keep our fingers crossed!!! Until Next Time!!!

I know you are male and all...
But really, after initial weight loss it does slow down and a good pace is 1-2 pounds a week. Maybe a little higher if you're working out alot and being very faithful on the eating, but when it comes off too quickly over the long haul, it can come back just as quickly.
so, in my book a pound every few days is fabulous! and your graph looks GREAT!
I am in the same boat, but only losing 1 pound a week - it is discouraging, but hang in there... losing it slow is not a bad thing as your body gets used to the changes over time, if you lose too fast, your body does not have time to adjust...
You stats looks really good so hang on for the long haul!!!!
1-2 pounds a week is healthy. and don't over do it with the exercise if they tell you to take a break! You don't want to really hurt yourself and not play sports or work out for an even longer amount of time than if you just took a little break from it.
