So much for the promise that I was going to write something in here everyday. I sometimes wonder why we keep ourselves so busy that we don't have time to do any of these things. I somehow keep losing weight and making better decisions. Tonight, I worked off 500 calories on the treadmill. I set the incline to 10 and walked at 4 mph. What was weird, is at the end, I wasn't as tired as if I had set the treadmill at 0 incline and just jogged. Is walking with that high of an incline giving me the same workout that running with no incline is? If so, I'd prefer the walking! My greatest pleasure in this diet is the fact that I feel amazing. Yes, I get hungry every now and then, but overall, it feels good to be healthy. :)
