Uh oh........ NOOOOO!!!!!
I messed up. I ate VERY healthy until the evening. In the evening, a bunch of my friends were meeting at the gym to play volleyball. Well, I went too, but forgot to take my bottle of water. Well, all my friends had brought to drink was a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper. I had 3 of them!!!! I was so thirsty and the game was very intense. It was an awesome 3.5 hours of jumping, running, sweating, spiking.... Towards 11 P.M., when the evening was wrapping up, I jumped and spiked, but landed on my players' foot when I came down. Sprained my ankle. This is my punishment for drinking that pop.... Today I think I had around 2000 calories total. More than I wanted, but oh well, I did work a lot of too. So, tomorrow, my daily weigh in will not show me as losing. Ugh..... Oh well, tomorrow I'll do better and have to try to find someway to work out with a sprained ankle... Good luck, guys!
