Stay at 228
Well, after one week of more selective eating and smaller portion of food, I lost 2.5 lbs, I was expecting more, but -2.5 is still good. Needed to do more exercise to burn those fat in my middle section, just can't find time in the last few days.

226.8 this morning, try to control myself not to eat too too much last night, walk on treadmill for 1 hour definitely help.

A little encouragemnet
finally see some small result, 227.8, so 2.6 lbs lose so far, a little hungry last night, but still OK, need to watch how much I eat today.

Hope it is because of the weekend. Needed to work harder this week. I cannot lose this battle!

The start of this weight loss journey
Just started to weight my self every morning, still debating whether I should join Weight Watcher, but the points system will be tough for me since my wife cook a lot of chinese dish, I doubt WW have points for her dishes. I just need to control how much I eat each time. I hope starting a weight log and posting it will help me more obligated to loss some weight. hope to lose 5 pounds by end of next week.
