hCG Chili Lime Tomato Soup w/Shrimp
I took 2 Roma tomatoes, diced them, and boiled them in 3
cups of water with some rough chopped fresh basil. I seasoned
*liberally!* <------ even more so because there is no meat to flavor
it with -- with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and chili powder. I let it
cook down to about 2 cups then I took a potato masher and "smushed" it,
making a chunky soup. After putting in a bowl, I threw in my cooked
shrimp (seasoned with garlic and lime and pan fried in Pam) and squeezed
some fresh lime. VERY tasty!
