First day
WELL here I am my first ever blog - not sure what to expect but it is good to write thoughts and fears down - allegedly.
Having tried so many diets before I am hoping this one is going to be it! I feel like I have been dieting since I was 21 but to no avail. Although my weight did not start piling on until I settled down and got married - 10 years ago - so as I dont do the cooking maybe that has something to do with it!!! Prior to that I was 9 and half stone and a size 10/12 - dreaming of being 21 again 
I have chosen slimfast because recently I have not been hungry so thought it might be ideal and today I have had two scrummy milkshakes and some cherries as my snack - having fish, peas and mash for tea and another 2 snacks to have - feels like lots though! Oh and cannot forget the 2 litres of water - I only drink water anyway or redbush tea so it is not going to be a problem - and fortunately have really cut back on alcohol - and drink a half or a glass of wine every now and then - so thats one thing tackled!
So how do I feel? Yeah happy and focused - I am in control as not relying on someone else to make my meals - I can manage a milkshake! Need to sort out exercise so I am rigging up the wiifit this afternoon and will try do some of that everyday as well as walking the dog further - bless he only has little legs they will get smaller!
I need to sort photos and other things out I think so wish me luck in becoming a skinny techno person!!
