2nd day
Surprised I managed yesterday but I did - and I was not hungry. Here is to today - day 2! cor its going slowly!
Got up today at 11.30 how lazy! I slept solidly from when I put my book down at 1am this morning - oh the life of a mature student!! Took dog for a walk in the torrential rain! so a very short walk! Got back and not hungry - probably because I am being lazy and not doing anything apart from watching big bro, surfing and reading! Oh to chill :)
Had a few pretzels and my shake and drinking lots of water. Then my friend and her new chap popped in - that was lovely to see - Jan been friends since uni first time around! so thats 19 years! She has just moved in with a chap she had a crush on when she was 18 he is a musician - so happy for her but its quite bizarre!
Oh got to mention daily weighing - wish I didnt but I cant stop but fortunately I am 2lbs lighter than the weekend :) wahey! so a great start - I always get disheartned when the scales dont move and then I run to the fridge and eat it
but not today because the scales have moved already yipee!
Booked to go to the wensleydale heiffer Witton - for Dec my hubbys birthday SO should be nice and slim by then :) ooo imagine being slim for Christmas - to be able to wear a nice dress, heels, be all girlie and look slim - ooo I wish. Tired of wearing jeans cos they fit and really want to feel girlie again!

First day
WELL here I am my first ever blog - not sure what to expect but it is good to write thoughts and fears down - allegedly.
Having tried so many diets before I am hoping this one is going to be it! I feel like I have been dieting since I was 21 but to no avail. Although my weight did not start piling on until I settled down and got married - 10 years ago - so as I dont do the cooking maybe that has something to do with it!!! Prior to that I was 9 and half stone and a size 10/12 - dreaming of being 21 again 
I have chosen slimfast because recently I have not been hungry so thought it might be ideal and today I have had two scrummy milkshakes and some cherries as my snack - having fish, peas and mash for tea and another 2 snacks to have - feels like lots though! Oh and cannot forget the 2 litres of water - I only drink water anyway or redbush tea so it is not going to be a problem - and fortunately have really cut back on alcohol - and drink a half or a glass of wine every now and then - so thats one thing tackled!
So how do I feel? Yeah happy and focused - I am in control as not relying on someone else to make my meals - I can manage a milkshake! Need to sort out exercise so I am rigging up the wiifit this afternoon and will try do some of that everyday as well as walking the dog further - bless he only has little legs they will get smaller!
I need to sort photos and other things out I think so wish me luck in becoming a skinny techno person!!
