I finally did it! 169! I haven't been this thin since high school. It's totally awesome. It's amazing how things like your ankles and fingers shrink. You wonder that there's any fat at all.

I'm finally at 171. Wow that was rough. Just two more more pounds and I'll be in the 160's. I hope I can do it by next week. That would be so awesome. It's been really rough since i've been so sick. But I need to get slimmer for my bridesmaids dress. Here it is, isn't it totally cute!

Ever notice that sickness does horrible things to your resolve. I've had to illnesses, which means I've been sick for near a month straight. I feel so incredibly lousy all I wanna do is go out grab every fried food and potato chip I can and devour them while watching old movies... Tips?Advice?
Two post in one day wow, but I guess I should put in a little about me.
Okay let see: I'm 25 and Married. No kids, no plans for kids. I currently work as the Assistant Director of Marketing for an Equipment company. But my first love is Photography. I've had my own photography business for 3 years and before that I was a childrens photographer at a studio. I do everything from weddings, families, models you name it. I would love to shoot my own travel photography like Ansel Adams. I just went to Ireland this year which is where all this weight loss began. Yes climbing a hill with 50 lbs of camera equipment started it all...Well that and herniating 2 disks in my back.
Like so many others I've been yo-yoing for about 3 years. I'm definitely an emotional eater. Can we say "Anger Chips"? Anyway, it got worse with my job. Food everywhere...we actually had Donut Day, Dq Day, and Burrito Day every week. Then I got married and got really lazy. Oh and did I mention I have a boss who prefers chubby girls. Yes, he will actually waft food in front of you until you take it or lose your sanity from the delicious smell of it. It finally took a doctors note to make him stop. Yes sometimes you gotta go the distance. Currently, I'm right on track. My goal is my first bikini in June and then a trip to Tahiti with my husband next year.
Okay, I actually went and sought out my "old me" photos. It was definitely rough going. But I found a couple. I didn't take very many. But I'm posting them anyway. I don't have any current ones so I guess that means it's time to take one. I'm pretty sure there will be a significant difference.
On a wonderful note. I calculated up the total inches lost accoring to my body chart 24.5! (Doin a jiggy dance right now!) I know it's not a hundred percent accurate but it sure does feel good.

I just wanted to start this post so I wouldn't forget to. I've actually been losing weight for the last 6 months and keeping track at home. So I think I'll copy all those posts here when I get home. So far I've lost 42 lbs and it's AWESOME! There are moments when I can't believe I ever let myself get so heavy. I've actually been on a program called the Agnone Diet. It's from my doctor. I lost the first 30 lbs in less than three months! I just recently stopped it so that I could try to shock my body out of a plateau and it seems to be working. The last few months have been rough as I haven't lost much in the way of weight, but I've been going to the gym three times a week for 1-2 hours at a time. I haven't gained or lost in the way of pounds but there is definitely some muscle going on in there....
