Ok, so I hate when things mess with me. I am trying to post on the Phentermine site like I have in the past and they have changed the format. It will not let me do anything. Are any of you on the Phentermine site and can explain this to me sense it seems like an act of congress to get some actual help on that site! This site seriously is making me want to eat just out of frustration.
Nothing much is happening in my world except the kids getting bigger and louder. lol, As sad as it seems, Im looking forward to the day I can go potty and not have little eyes questioning what Im doing.
I am doing great where portion control goes. And as far as water in take...The area Im lacking is the exercise. Lately, the kids have been on go all day and night. Waking at 4 am and running until 11-12 at night. Dont ask me what has gotten into them. But they exhaust me!! After being up with them half the night...who has the energy to fat blast with billy blanks...Not I said the cow.
I hope its all well for you all..

AWE...that day will come
OH YES, the day will come when you will be able to spend a few minutes in the bathroom without someone needing you that very second. I honestly think a woman has to re-program her bodily functions once the kids are out of the house. I can't remember a time when mine were small that there wasn't a conversation going on between one of them and me thru the closed door.
Keep on plugging along. Blessings coming to you. Chargail
Believe it or not, you will be able to pee in private one day. Although my boys are 13, 11, and 9, they still seem to need me at the exact moment I try to go tinkle (which is a lot these days, because of my water intake!). They are old enough, however, for me to be able to say, "I'm using the bathroom, and I'm not going to discuss anything with you right now. I don't talk to you when you pee, so I would like for you to leave me alone while I pee." Of course, it usually comes out as, "I'm peeing! Leave me alone!" Still works, though...
I have one word for you on the whole "up at 4, running until 11 - 12" thing. Benadryl. They'll sleep like babies.
Keep up the good work! You'll survive this thing yet! Have a great day!
I was getting used to the summer where my older children helped out with Matthew(my 2 1/2 year old) . Now I have to either be watched or rushed cause he is always into something!
I can look forward to nap time and about 21/2 years from now when he will be in school. I don't think I will know what to do with myself at first! shawn
when no one bothers me when I'm in the bathroom and the day when they consistently remember to knock before opening the door and they're 6, 9,12....I'll let you know if that happens. :)
I don't know anything about phentermine, sorry. :)
I also have that interrupted bathroom times with my 2 years old. So I'm in the same boat as you. My daughter has been having trouble going to sleep early. So I took her swimming for one hour before bedtime. It works like a charm. The early bird part, I'm still working on that one too. Heh.
Yes, I remember not so long ago those inquisitive eyes and knocking on the bathroom door as soon as I step into the shower...asking me if they can come in. I dont think so :)
I hear you there! I am down to one in the bathroom. Woo hoo! and how in the world are kids able to wake up at the crack of dawn and run until all hours of the night? I wish I could.....
You know, it really can be challenging to get excersize in. It is too dang hot down here to walk outside unless it is early in the morning or dark out. Goose Creek has an indoor track that has stroller time in the afternoon. It makes walking that much more bareable!
You have a great day!
Heather
What area do you live in? Send me an email and maybe we could meet up at the mall for a walk during the day!
Is what comes out of my mouth when I am in the bathroom. Which is always the time that my kids say "I have to tell you something very important" which wasn't so important a minute ago when I was sitting next to them. Sometimes I think that is the only time my oldest will talk to me, is when I am peeing.
