My Goals and My Reasons
My Goals
~develop a CONSISTANT exercise routine (5-6 days a week and stay on it!)
~lose 30 lbs.
~wear a size 4-6
~eat healthier (not necessarily diet but just do better - smaller portions, less sugar and fat)
~tone ALL OVER (I want killer legs)
My Reasons
~FOR ME!
~for my husband
~feel better physically
~better self esteem
~help with anxiety and headaches
~look good for reunion
~go country dancing
~wear cute clothes and not just jeans and tshirts
~be a hot mama
