I have to do this!!!

Okay, girls, I have to do this! I've got to lose the fat, tone up, and improve my overall health. Forget being motivated... I have no choice! I'm tired of looking bad and feeling bad. I'm so proud of my husband's weight loss and I want to be right there with him. I miss bikinis and country dancing. Plus my 10-year high school reunion is this fall. I can't go back overweight! Plus I deal with anxiety and I know exercise would help.

No more excuses. No more laziness. I'm doing this!

so how goes it then

Have you started a work out regimen yet?  May I ask what it is........sometimes saying it out loud makes you responsible for it. 

I will share mine.........gym monday through Friday unless my man is not home and I have to stay in with the kids before work ( I have two cats, lame I know) If I have to stay home though, I have tae bo boot camp.  Lift legs Mon, back on Wed and arms and shoulders on Frid.  Cardio at least 20 min every day ( that I go TOOO the gym that is)
