My Goals and My Reasons
My Goals
~develop a CONSISTANT exercise routine (5-6 days a week and stay on it!)
~lose 30 lbs.
~wear a size 4-6
~eat healthier (not necessarily diet but just do better - smaller portions, less sugar and fat)
~tone ALL OVER (I want killer legs)
My Reasons
~FOR ME!
~for my husband
~feel better physically
~better self esteem
~help with anxiety and headaches
~look good for reunion
~go country dancing
~wear cute clothes and not just jeans and tshirts
~be a hot mama

I have to do this!!!
Okay, girls, I have to do this! I've got to lose the fat, tone up, and improve my overall health. Forget being motivated... I have no choice! I'm tired of looking bad and feeling bad. I'm so proud of my husband's weight loss and I want to be right there with him. I miss bikinis and country dancing. Plus my 10-year high school reunion is this fall. I can't go back overweight! Plus I deal with anxiety and I know exercise would help.
No more excuses. No more laziness. I'm doing this!
