Great workout schedule

Tawanda ~  I am using the Runner's World SmartCoach training schedule as well... so our workouts look a lot alike.  I am starting fresh this week, even though I was over a month into the plan already... Thought I would start over.  My half marathon isn't until January, so I will start it AGAIN when I finish this one... I figure the more I work at it, the more prepared I will be when race day arrives... and when I do it again, I will be doing faster speedwork, hopefully, since I will be using a (hopefully) faster time from a different race to base the paces on.

Keep up the great work.  I wish I could do my half before January.  But there are never many races around my area that are over a 10K... only a few times a year.  I can't wait to hear how you do in your October half and with your training.  Please keep me posted, ok?

Tough!

It's great that you are running. I admire that!

Well, DS has come and gone. I'm feeling very emotional, as you'd expect. Got the photos developed and will post some on the blog soon. Stay tuned!
