I am ashamed of myself

I have been doing nothing, but eating lately...and now my ticker is paying the price...as well as me too.  I feel like crap and my clothes are getting tight.

Argh! Nuff said.

It will be okay!

So you celebrated a little to hard on the birthday.  Its okay!  Now its time to fullfill that promise to yourself!  So get back on track and back on 'the track' and start exercising again!  We will do this girl!  A little hard work has nothing on us! - Shelly

Listen to yourself

Did you hear what you just said? If you're chewing something right now, put it down, wrap it up and put it in the fridge or better yet, bin it.

If you've got any junk left, send it to work with the hubby and school with the kids. If you have a stash, squirt it down with dishwashing liquid and smash it to the bottom of the bin. Make it inedible before it goes in the bin. (Yes, I can freely admit to salvaging a box of whatever from the bin.) Get rid of it. Step back from it. You are in control.

Get those Firm DVDs out and get moving right now.
