Detox- 1st day
I decided to do the regular Fat Smash diet as opposed to the extreme. I went out and bought the book last night. Today is the first day of phase I - the detox. I slept through breakfast b/c I dont have class until 11:45 and sleep is always more important than food in the world of college. For lunch I had a veggie stir fry with light sauce and a bowl of Smart Start cereal with skim milk. For exercise, I took the stairs, which is not typical for me.

Michelle and I tried the regular fat smah our junior year and did ok. Because we were able to eat brown rice, just like you said, the veggie stir fry was what we looked forward to everyday. Mmmm, put some teryaki sauce on it and we were in business. Also, do the oatmeal. If you get a box of maple and brown sugar from walmart, you'll find that it's a good and simple breakfast in the mornings, especially if you or somebody you know has a hot pot. It's also more filling than fruit. You should also make a goal to build up to excercise, and taking the stairs is a good start. Maybe if you did 15 minutes on the elliptical every night, that would help. And it's only 15 minutes, so no it's should be too psychology daunting. By the way, Jamarr and I are now officially bf/gf. WTF? It took long enough!
