Fat Smash
So i was going to do the Dr. Ian's Extreme Fat Smash Diet along with my sister and one of my best friends Bims. Yea, im going out to buy his first book because this one it tooo.. extreme and im not going to commit to it. It's such a drastic change, and I know i am not going to stick to it so I am not even gone front like i am. I also gone by a battery for my scale so i can do weekly or maybe biweekly weigh ins.

Good
It's good that you switched books cuz ultimately you want to succeed, not set yourself up for failure. Maybe you can try the Extreme version once you reach your goal. I know that people say you should weigh-in at most once a week, but I've found that weighing in at the same time everyday helps me to stay motivated. I know that the scale will fluctuate, but seeing that overall downward trend helps. It also keeps you on your toes. If you weigh in everyday, or even every other day, constantly seeing your number will remind you of your progress and to eat healthy. When I go through a period of bad eating, I avoid the scale because I don't want to see the damage I've done and ultimately will have to undo. Just a thought.
Oh, I worked out twice today (40 mins in the morning and 30 in the afternoon) and signed up for a 5-k that's taking place tomorrow. I tried to call you about it. Anyway, wish me luck.
