Failed Detox
I did really good the first day and a half, eating only veggies and brown rice and fruit of course. But the food didnt sustain me long. I realize that is the reason why ur suppose to eat 5 times a day. That is much easier said than done in college. I have a pretty tight schedule Sunday - Friday, excluding Thursday. I'll grab an apple or banana to snack on after dinner. The problem is I am up until 2,3,4 in the morning, and I eat dinner at the latest 8. The snack does not hold me over, and I end up consuming something against my diet. What am I to do?
By the way, I need to weigh myself.

Detox- 1st day
I decided to do the regular Fat Smash diet as opposed to the extreme. I went out and bought the book last night. Today is the first day of phase I - the detox. I slept through breakfast b/c I dont have class until 11:45 and sleep is always more important than food in the world of college. For lunch I had a veggie stir fry with light sauce and a bowl of Smart Start cereal with skim milk. For exercise, I took the stairs, which is not typical for me.

Fat Smash
So i was going to do the Dr. Ian's Extreme Fat Smash Diet along with my sister and one of my best friends Bims. Yea, im going out to buy his first book because this one it tooo.. extreme and im not going to commit to it. It's such a drastic change, and I know i am not going to stick to it so I am not even gone front like i am. I also gone by a battery for my scale so i can do weekly or maybe biweekly weigh ins.

First Day
I feel slightly embarrassed talking about my weight problems publicly. I'm determined to make a change, and I'm not sure how telling the whole world helps, but I'm willing to give it a try.
I think i may be addicted to food like for real. Food makes me feel better. I will eat even when I am not hungry. I just like the taste of food. And of course it would be greasy foods.... idk why grease is so good. Developing a new lifestyle will help with my health more for me it most helpful for my self esteem. My self esteem fluctuates.
