Monday Weigh In

Gained!!!! That sucks!
Secret: I am a compulsive weigher. I know dieters are only supposed to weigh once a week, but I weigh several times a day! I can't help it. Today I am putting the scales away for one week.
Goals for the week:
1. Don't weigh until Monday a.m.
2. Walk 2 miles on 4 different days.
3. Do a cardio workout or yoga 2 days.
4. Drink 2 large glasses of water daily.
Weightloss reason # 2: I don't want a flabby stomach that constantly sweats underneath. YUCK! (boy that was personal!!)

Good luck on your goals! I hide my scale under the baby's playpen and pull it out on mondays..LOL

Me too!
I can be a compulsive weigher too that's why I told hubby to hide the scale. Those are great goles for the week, I am going to borrow a few if you don't mind... hang in there!

It's ok
It might be water retention that may have caused you to gain or having a hearty meal the night before. Weight fluctuates throughout the day anyway so you might find that you have lost more when you weigh yourself next week. :0)

I thought I was the only one!
I thought I was the only one!!!!
It used to be pretty easy not to weigh myself all the time. I kept the scale in my roommate's bathroom and also someone had changed the scale to kgs. It's too much to think about my weight and convert it. Now that I am in my mom's house...with a scale in my room....

You can do it all!
Just wanted to say.....you can do this.....keep pushing toward the goal and no matter what DON"T GIVE UP!!! Have an awesome day!
