A new step...

well.... I'm getting there. 

Today, I went food shopping and got some healthy food, no junk food  

and I went to the health section to check out for some diet pills and cleanse pills.... and unfortunately it's too pricey [$$$]... and wondering if it does actually work or not. Anyone using any of the diet pills or cleanse and like it....

It's time to stop being lazy.

To start this journal, I'm going to talk a little about me. I'm a full-time college student.

I decided to really work on losing some weight because I get depressed just looking at my friend's body especially in their bathing suit. Also, there are times when I go shopping and I see some clothes that  I really like but they don't have it in my size. It can be overwhelming at times.  I never did mind being a thick girl, but at some point, I don't want to be huge. 

Hopefully, I can reach my lifetime goal. 

Stats:
*Age: 21
*Height: 5'7
*BMI: 28 [overweight]
*Pants Size: 18

Current Weight-- 179 Pounds [2.14.10]
Ideal GOAL weight -- 120 or 125 Pounds.

*  Need to LOSE aleast 54 pounds before the year is over [12.31.10]

* I would love to have a body like this... and hopefully, I can have that SOON.
